Singapore's weather can be unpredictable. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you 24 to 48 hours before your charter if conditions look unsuitable. In those cases, we offer a full rescheduling to another date or a refund, depending on your preference. Safety takes priority over keeping to schedule.

None at all. Every charter is fully crewed — you are a guest, not a crew member. The captain and deckhand manage the vessel at all times. You only need to arrive at HarbourFront at the agreed time. Everything else is handled.

Yes, children are welcome. Life jackets are available in various sizes on board. We do ask that parents keep young children supervised on deck at all times. When enquiring, let us know the ages of any children in your group so we can advise on suitability for each charter type.

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and common allergies. Please let us know when you enquire. For the Bespoke Celebration Charter, the menu is planned collaboratively, so dietary requirements are built in from the start.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the charter date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Full details are shared at the time of booking confirmation.
